  • Water
  • Optional: honey or lemon for flavor

Equipment:

  • Teapot or saucepan
  • Tea strainer or infuser

Instructions:

  1. Measure out your desired amount of dried Ranawara flowers. A general rule of thumb is to use around 2-3 teaspoons of dried flowers per cup of water.
  2. Rinse the dried flowers with cold water to remove any dirt or debris.
  3. Bring the water to a boil in a teapot or saucepan.
  4. Add the dried Ranawara flowers to the boiling water and reduce the heat to a simmer.
  5. Let the tea simmer for around 10-15 minutes to allow the flavor and properties of the flowers to infuse into the water.
  6. Remove the tea from heat and strain the flowers out using a tea strainer or remove the infuser from the pot.
  7. If desired, add honey or lemon to flavor the tea.
  8. Pour the Ranawara flower tea into cups or mugs and enjoy!
